People’s access to physical video game products often comes from chain stores like GameStop or big box retailers like Walmart. But now with the push to end production of discs, video game companies like Sony are moving toward a digital future and the major retailers have started clearing out their shelves of video games. Thankfully, in between all the major retailers, there are still local stores offering video games fans a treasure trove of hidden gems — from new games including the most recent PlayStation and Xbox hits on discs to all sorts of retro Nintendo and anime collectibles.
